Angel by Night; Devil by Day

I love my 10 months old baby. I love him so much that there is no question you can ask me what I am willing to do for him.

But I love him more during the night-when he sleeps.

He sleeps at six and wakes up at six. He will cry once or twice a night for his milk then he goes back to sleeping. 

I think he sleeps during the night to gather all his energy for all the things he do the whole day!

Baby Leroy's First Solid Food

It’s been quite awhile that I noticed my baby is not satisfied with his milk anymore. I have made a research a long time ago on what to expect from your baby at certain months and accordingly this is one of the signs that he is ready to start eating solids but is expected to happen at 5 or 6 months. My Leroy is just 3 months and 2 weeks old so I was shocked at his fast development.

My Baby Turned to His back - FOR THE FIRST TIME!

At 3 month and 5 days my baby turned to his back for the first time. I cried! I honestly did, and so did our neighbor. 

I just can't believe that he did already. His milestones where very fast. At a week old and he can already hold and support his head and he was supposed to do that at 3-4 weeks, after a month he already started to smile and laugh when he should be doing that at 3-4 months!!! And now  he turned to his back when he is supposed to do that at his fifth month. He is growing way too fast! It scares me a lot that one day I'm not going to his priority anymore.He's growing way too fast.

My Baby Leroy's First Bath

As promised from my last post, I will show pictures of my baby Leroy's first bath. 

I gave birth to Leroy on a Saturday and bathe him after 2 days on a Monday. I do not know anything about bathing a baby so I was very thankful that my hubby's mother was there to help and to guide me. She taught me a lot about bathing and dressing and a lot more.

I did mention that I have a baby already right??? Well, I have wanted to write a lot about him but there are just way too much things going on in my life right now. I wish I could write them all here but it’s all jumbled here in my mind... I will write them here soon and hope that it will clear my mind somehow. But for now I would like to talk about my baby boy...

Well, his name is Leroy Jethro Gibbs after the great character of Mark Harmon in NCIS (I'm a big fan, very big fan). He was born last May 21 and today is his 3rd month of existence. He was 3.5 kilos and very hairy when born which he got from his father's genes. I have never known that such huge love is possible to feel towards another human being but when I first laid eyes on him my heart just grew big and full. It was like I have been waiting my whole life just to meet him.
